You can always contact us with questions or concerns, or if you experience issues with our website or our online ordering process. Just complete the form below and share your questions, concerns, or issues.
If you did not receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and want to track an order;
OR
If your order was incomplete (you paid for more items than you received), or not correct (you did not receive the exact items you ordered), was not as described, did not arrive, or if it arrived damaged, or if it had a manufacturer defect, we will correct/complete the order as needed with no additional charge or shipping charges to you, or if you have any other issue with an order, complete the form below and include the following in the Message box:
- Date of purchase
- Description of item(s) purchased
- Quantity of item(s) purchased
- $ Amount of item(s) purchased
- Shipping address
- Give us a brief description of your issue so we can make it right
We will email you with a response (if this is regarding an order, we will send the email to the email address provided on the order at the time of payment). Incomplete, incorrect, defective, or damaged orders will be replaced at no charge (and with no shipping charge). If you prefer a refund, visit our Returns/Refunds page.
Hearts Won reserves the right to modify this Customer Service Information at any time without notification. (Changes do not affect orders that are less than 30 days old when the change is made.) The current Return/Refund Policy is displayed on this page. Continued use of this website constitutes acceptance of changes made.
